Hosted at a local independent bookstore, Li-Tea-Rary Party is a boutique literary event series that transforms beloved stories into immersive afternoon tea experiences through curated teas, themed hospitality, local author partnerships, and thoughtfully designed programming.

Many literary events focus on signings or book sales. I wanted to create an experience where guests felt transported into the world of the story through thoughtfully curated food, tea, activities, music, and conversation.

When the venue's air conditioning unexpectedly failed, I quickly coordinated additional fans, complimentary ice water, and operational adjustments to ensure guests remained comfortable and the event continued successfully.
Learned how thoughtful contingency planning can preserve the guest experience even when unexpected challenges arise.
