Little Skaters Club

A play-based introduction to skating designed to build confidence, grow participation, and introduce young families to the rink community.

The Challenge

Many parents are interested in introducing their children to skating but aren't ready to commit to structured skating or hockey programs. At the same time, weekday morning ice can often be underutilized.

The Vision

Create a fun, low-pressure skating program inspired by toddler gymnastics classes, where children ages 3–5 learn through games, imagination, and movement instead of drills.

What Makes It Different

  • Skating games designed for toddlers to improve gross motor skills & coordination (follow the leader, animal movements, chase the bubbles, etc)

  • Introduction to Hockey and Other Ice Sports

  • Optional Parent Skate and Photo Time
